The Position

As our Growth Hacker, you will partner up with our clients to optimize their user journeys and ways of working with the goal to create measurable and scalable growth. You’ll be the driving force behind the iterative process and steer the client's team towards its set goals.

You’ll work across four core fields: management, marketing, data, and analysis. Typically, our growth hackers manage 1–4 client teams or projects in parallel. In this role, deep expertise in at least one of the following is required: SEM, SEO, or Analytics.

There is a vast array of technologies, services, and processes available in today’s product and marketing landscape—you are expected to be the subject matter expert guiding clients toward solutions that work for them. This might include implementing tracking, validating CRM data, or analyzing customer behavior. For others, it could be optimizing performance marketing via platforms like Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, or LinkedIn.

You’ll lead the growth process, from ideation to execution, continuously running experiments throughout the user journey and analyzing the results to uncover what drives sustainable, long-term growth.

Who We're Looking For

To thrive in this role, we believe you should bring a blend of strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and leadership. You’ll need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a sharp understanding of how businesses operate and grow.

You’ll often juggle multiple clients at once, so strong prioritization and time management skills are a must. We're looking for someone structured, driven, and comfortable taking ownership. You should also be comfortable leading teams or projects and managing communication with multiple stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in technology, marketing, or business.
• Great presentation and storytelling skills.
• Deep expertise in either SEO, SEM, or Analytics.
• Experience in team leadership or project management roles.
• Are fluent in Swedish (mandatory) and English; additional languages are a plus.

Your Day-to-Day Tasks

• Lead the implementation of the growth process in clients’ teams or organizations.
• Set up and optimize any digital marketing channel, especially Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Snapchat.
• Analyze data—from small to massive datasets—to identify and leverage growth opportunities.
• Test and execute initiatives throughout the entire user journey.
• Implement web and app tracking using Google Tag Manager and Appsflyer.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and lead team efforts toward defined KPIs.

• Have a proven track record in SEO (a major plus).
